WHAT IS ORIENTEERING?

TRAININGS
We practise orienteering and running, usually Wednesdays, from KTH Hallen at Campus. The activities varies a bit; during late autumn and winter we will usually do running or interval training. The rest of the year we try to practise as much orienteering as possible.
You can find more detailed information about the trainings by surfin into the training tab.

FOR WHO?
Everyone is welcome to run with KOT, but it’s good if you like running and/or orienteering. To gain the most out of our trainings you should be able to run at least 5 km and be used to terrain running. If you want to run far or short, fast or slow, it’s always funnier to run together.

PARTY
KOT arranges traditional parties every year, for example Vårfest and Lussefest. We also participate at external parties and especially at NSM, the Nordic student championships, a weekend with party and orienteering.

BECOME A MEMBER
When you feel ready to be a member of KOT you should pay the member fee. You don’t need to be a member to participate at a training or two, but if you join a party or a competition you should be a member. It costs 50 kr per semester.  Read more here about how you pay the member fee.
