Invitation to the annual meeting 16/2!

OFFICIAL INVITATION TO THE ANNUAL MEETING IN KUNGLIGA ORIENTERINGSTEKNOLOGERNA!

Kongliga Orienterings Teknologerna KOT is a KTH student sport association organizing orienteering and running training on a weekly basis. For those of you who haven´t experienced KTH and training opportunities before, we are a team of curious and humble students that loves to train together rather than on our own.

Finally the date is set – You are hereby invited to our Annual meeting on the 16 th of February, at 19:00 (THURSDAY!!!). We will have a short running session before the meeting, starting from KTH Hallen. Everyone is welcome to attend. It will be your opportunity as a member to make your voice heard. How would you like the activity of KOT to look like going forward? What can be improved? What works well? How can we develop? (THERE WILL BE A LOT OF FIKA AVAILABLE )

The agenda, annual and administration reports, auditors’ report, operational plan for the coming year including the budget, the board proposals and member proposals with the boards’ statement will be published here and on our homepage (https://kotif.wordpress.com/) at the latest one week before the meeting. If you have any questions about something particular, please contact a member of the board.

Member proposals should be submitted to a member of the board before February 11:th, in order to be discussed at the meeting.

Please note that you need to have paid the membership fee to be able to vote on the meeting (can be paid at the meeting / swish) , but everyone is welcome to attend.
